ECO-STRIDE, LLC

Eco-Stride, LLC is a firm dedicated to developing sustainable practices for new construction and existing building projects. We work with corporations, municipalities, non-profit entities and educational institutions to create green business practices. Our entire firm embraces an environmental philosophy, and works to spread this important message. Our work focuses on three areas of sustainability:

Eco-Stride, LLC brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project we develop. By utilizing the expertise of our local staff resources and extensive national network of industry professionals, we are able to offer a full range of services, including Energy Auditing, LEED Consulting, EnergyStar Certification, environmental design, and resource consumption assessments.
Our sustainability professionals would meet with Tribal Leaders to present our process that will give them a "4A View" of the facility, which includes these elements:

3. Analysis of Audit Results
4. Actualization Plan for Efficiency

Through the application of this methodology, we develop a plan for Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, and Materials Management, which includes recycling and waste disposal. AQUA-TECH

Aqua-Tech Water Management was established in 1986 and has over 24 years of experience in the treatment of cooling towers, boilers and closed loop systems. Since its inception, Aqua-Tech has provided their clients with the latest in economical and technologically advanced water treatment services available. In addition, Aqua-Tech specializes in cooling tower rebuilding and repair, scheduled maintenance, and chemical cleaning.
Aqua-Tech continues to utilize a “Green Technology” approach in the treatment of cooling towers by employing a patented Non Chemical Zero Blowdown Technology that has been field proven over the last decade. This equates to unparalleled water conservation while eliminating chemical discharge from cooling towers.

STRONG, INC.

Truck Stops | Gas Stations | Car Washes

Strong Inc. is a fully licensed commercial contractor specializing in gas stations and truck stops offering full design and construction services. They have built over 30 gas stations and truck stops and installed hundreds of fuel systems. They have a proven record of successful performance and reputation for honesty and integrity.

GREFFEN SYSTEMS

Greffen Systems M2G is an intelligent boiler load optimizer. It can save between 10% and 30% of energy costs with a return on investment in 6 to 24 months. Easily and quickly installed with no readjustment or calibration required throughout the lifetime of the M2G system. No disruption to the heating system during installation and it fits with other BEMS.

ARLINGTON GROUP

The Arlington Group specializes in the planning and development of real estate. The Group’s founding principals combine over four decades of experience in the development and operation of larger land parcels, including the master-planned communities of Irvine, Mission Viejo and Aliso Viejo, in Southern California, and Highlands Ranch in Denver, Colorado. From highest-and-best use analysis to project implementation and public service administration, the Arlington Group possesses the experience and expertise to guide landowners in the use of their land, resulting in successful project outcomes.

Tamaayowut LLC offers the planning and design services needed to properly utilize technology, master plan reservation improvements, plan and design commercial centers, industrial parks and employments centers, residential communities, village centers, parks, recreation facilities and schools. This is accomplished through a partnership with experienced and award-winning consultants and contractors led by PDS West (Planning and Design Solutions).

PDS West is a land planning, urban design and landscape architect consultant firm with experienced staff including Native American designers. Their services are supplemented with engineers, architects and contractors chosen for each specific job and location.

• PDS West has over 30 years experience in master planned communities throughout the western states and Canada.

• They have designed Native American facilities including Tongva Cultural Center in Heritage Park in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

• They are known for designing communities and projects that reflect the character and history of the existing site and the culture and specific needs of the end user and resident of the completed community.
